At the end of the lesson, students will:

The intention is to raise awareness among the people of the Gulf of Fonseca and the entire world about the need to preserve protected areas from pollution and the logging of mangroves, putting common interests before private interests.

It began from the village of Arroyo San Martín to Aldea Canaán and covered a stretch of more than 105 km along the river. This event, called and cataloged as Ecocide against humanity, affected more than 10 species of fish, as well as amphibians, reptiles, and birds. The African Palm company Repsa is accused of causing the damage.
