Cameroon is a blessed country just like the Promised Land.
There is treasure buried in the soil.
This treasure is its fertility, hard work which can improve the living conditions of those who know how to exploit the gift of nature.
This message goes to all Cameroonians youths to improve their standards of living thorough training.
ACOHOF Family Farm School in Bankim (AFFS+ Bankim) allows young boys and girls to explore their abilities and learn how to apply the knowledge gained from what they are taught to the real world.
AFFS+ Bankim is redefining tertiary learning, explorative learning, entrepreneurial thinking and holistic development.
For three years, trainees will study at home and in school in the pedagogy alternation. We go home with questions for research.
Constant follow-up is maintained by the trainers.
When we return to the center, experiences brought from home are harmonize in what we call common conclusion.
We will also have a one to one session of trainer and trainee that we call TUTORAT.
To enhance knowledge, we undertake a study visit to an expert.
There is also an external intervener who shares knowledge with the trainees.
All these are done inter alia with theoretical and practical learning in the school.
When we graduate, we go back to our various localities to exploit the treasure buried in the soil.
And we will live a decent life.
