Hi, my name is Fernanda. I was born in Mexico and I have been living here all my life. Mexico has more than 100 million people but since Mexico city, the capital, is the main source of employment it is getting every year more crowded.

Nowadays, the main challenge in Mexico is air pollution. This is mostly caused because people never use bikes.

I didn’t realise air pollution was that bad until my dad got really sick.​

My name is Ahmad and I´m fourteen years old. I was born into a Muslim family with not enough resources for education.

Since we moved to Europe from Nigeria, my dream and my sister´s had always been going to school like all the children of our neighbourhood.

We decided to seek the help of an NGO in our community, who finally found a way to sponsor just my education and upbringing.

What is populism?

It is a centuries-old strategy to gain power in politics. Populism makes no difference between right and left, poor or rich. It is a tactic that has been used since the Romans to divide people and achieve power

Hello , I am Emmanuella a student of the VUB in Belgium, but I am originally from Ghana. There have been some illegal activities in my country which bothers me a lot and I’d like to discuss this topic with you.

I am Rosita the giant. In 2016 I was created by a group of volunteers from Evergem and an artist Pablo Sanaguano from Ecuador.

I was lucky to be able to study and not have had financial problems. That's why I find it hard to see other people in poverty.

When I walk in Brussels, I often see poverty. I see people in poverty at stations, at red lights and in the main streets in Brussels. But there is also a lot of poverty that you don't see.

I've always been a "silent" vegetarian but today I have decided to speak up. I speak up because I believe that changes can't be achieved if people don't do so.

I was young and working with enthousiasm in the ´50 s and the 60´s.
The life of women changed in Europe due to some important facts.
Before 1886 women had no rights at all.  
The first wave of emancipation started when two American ladies were refused to enter the Court of Justice in London.
They concluded  that an International Council should be founded to emancipate women worldwide.
